25th Anniversary Access Awards: Call for Nominations

The school-based health care movement is celebrating its 25th anniversary in Oregon! 

We will pay tribute to the journey we have all shared while advancing access to quality health care for youth at our Annual Conference on October 8, 2010.  Our theme is:

Honoring a Legacy - Advancing a Future

During the conference the Network will recognize individuals who have been leaders in our field during the first 25 years.

Please submit your nominations for our 25th Anniversary Access Awards to recognize individuals who have made a significant difference to the quality, growth or sustainability of SBHCs in our state.
