Participants will gain an understanding of the value of an effective SBHC advisory council and your essential ambassador role in prioritizing what’s most important for your students. The workshop will teach techniques for moving forward through the developmental stages of council start-up and how to maintain momentum through languishing moments. The group will collectively troubleshoot real-time problems and gain concrete ideas for results.
