5.5 Contuining Education Credits are available for through the OHSU School of Nursing for attendees who successfully complete the conference evaluation form (link coming soon). 

If you'd like to recieve CE credits, please fill out the conference evaluation, then email us at info@osbhcn.org to request a signed Certificate of Continuing Education.
