SBHCs in Oregon

What is a school-based health center?

School-based health centers (SBHCs) are like having a doctor’s office in your school. They provide quality primary and mental health services where kids are – keeping them healthier, in school and ready to learn.

SBHCs are a resource in communities across Oregon. There are currently 45 SBHCs in 19 counties operating in elementary, middle and high schools with new centers planned in the coming year.
